30-Day Return Policy

At TrueVantic, we curate our products to truly optimize your everyday routine. However, we understand that sometimes a product just isn't the perfect fit for you. If you aren't completely satisfied with your upgrade, we offer a straightforward, full-refund return policy.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have a full 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return and ship the item back to us. As long as the return tracking number shows that the package was handed over to the carrier within this 30-day window, you are fully eligible for a refund.

How to Process a Return

To ensure your return is tracked and processed as quickly as possible, we require you to authorize the return with our team first.

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@truevantic.com with your order number and let us know you would like to make a return.

  2. Receive the Warehouse Address: Once we receive your email, we will log your incoming return and provide you with the exact shipping address for our returns warehouse. (Please do not mail items back to the original shipping address on the box without contacting us, as it may not reach our specialized returns processing facility).

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package your item and drop it off with your preferred shipping carrier.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. At this time, TrueVantic does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your drop-off receipt. Providing us with the tracking number also helps us expedite your refund.

Refunds

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and process your full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment your refund is issued. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to post to your account.
