Order Processing

We move fast so you can optimize your routine sooner.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed.

Delivery Timelines & Carriers

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Our Partners: We route your package through the most efficient carrier for your specific address. This includes USPS for final-mile delivery, alongside specialized express courier partners (like Uniuni or GOFO Express) to keep transit times as low as possible.

Real-Time Tracking

You will never be left in the dark. As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress right to your door.

Receiving Your Package

While the vast majority of our orders are delivered directly to your doorstep, final delivery is subject to your local postal carrier's protocols.

  • If a secure drop-off location is not available at your home, or if your local USPS route requires it, your package may occasionally be held at your local post office for safe pickup.

Unexpected Delays

Our delivery windows are highly accurate estimates. However, please note that occasional delays due to severe weather, high-volume holiday seasons, or unforeseen carrier disruptions are outside of our control. If you experience a significant delay, our support team is always here to help.
